This tutorial includes the practice of agni sara, trikonasana (triangle pose), parshvakonasana (side angle pose) and ardha chandrasana (half moon pose). We’ll explore the deeper energetic component of each, as well as key alignment and activation aspects. These poses strengthen us mentally, emotionally, and physically to face the world anchored within ourselves.
