Tapas is the practice of overcoming resistance to change, particularly as applied to the life force, but it doesn’t have to be a struggle! Tapping into the innate desire to be energetic and creative, we can harness this force of desire to gently reorganize and redirect skeletal alignment, muscle engagement, and physiological functioning to restore vitality and enthusiasm. Then we can realign the mind to weaken deeply buried unconscious habits, repurpose survival instincts, and move in harmony with the inner flow of intelligence and intuition.
