Winter is the season of stillness, reflection, and renewal. Beneath the quiet surface, the roots of trees rest and gather strength, preparing for the growth to come. In the same way, we too are invited to slow down, turn inward, and ground ourselves in preparation for the rising energy of the year ahead.
Root to Rise: A Winter Retreat is a soulful immersion in yoga, meditation, and mindful rest. Together, we will release the weight of the past year, root into stability and presence, and gently awaken the inner vitality that carries us forward into 2026.
Retreat Highlights:
- Grounding yoga practices to strengthen body and breath
- Meditation and pranayama for clarity and focus
- Restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra to nourish deep rest
- Time in nature to connect with the stillness and wisdom of winter
