Michele D’Agostino brings over 25 years of teaching experience and a lifelong dedication to the spiritual path. Her journey began in the early 1990s with the study of Tibetan Buddhism. She spent several years attending live audiences with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, planting the seeds for a deep and sustained practice.
In the late 1990s, she entered the teacher training program at the YogaLife Institute, completing her formal certification at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2001. Her teaching has been shaped by a blend of compassion, authenticity, and reverence for tradition.
In 2005, Michele became a devoted student of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait and in 2012 was formally initiated into the Himalayan Sage Tradition. She continues to study under his guidance in the advanced practices of yoga and tantra, bringing the depth of this lineage into every class and retreat she leads.
Michele’s retreats offer a sacred space for transformation, inviting students to quiet the mind, awaken inner vitality, and experience the timeless wisdom of yoga.
