Yoga is skillfulness in our actions: the advanced yoga practitioner works hard, but knows how to do so without becoming stressed out and burnt out. As we progress in our yoga practice our inner life becomes increasingly more balanced and stable, more pleasant and peaceful; our mind becomes more free and clear.
