Join us for a Fall weekend designed to tend to your body, mind, and spirit. With yoga, hikes, nourishing food, and time for rest, you’ll leave the weekend feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Falling leaves remind us of the many transitions we experience. This retreat is perfectly timed — after the transition from Summer to Fall schedules and before the busy holiday season, there’s time to pause and reflect. We’ll be in the magnificent beauty of the Pocono mountains, well timed for leaf peeping and leaf crunching.
Yoga practices will be a combination of more vigorous practices and grounding, gentle practices. Each will be designed to provide balance of an intentional movement and rest for integration. Plenty of variations provided so newcomers as well as more experienced yogis each get what they need. You’ll also enjoy pranayama and meditation as pathways to embrace this energetic shift.
Kerri & Jen complement each other beautifully, giving participants a truly special experience. With over two decades of teaching experience between them, including numerous advanced trainings, co-leaders of Yoga Home’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program and other Yoga Home retreats, they are a team that brings both reverence for the practice and a sense of humor.
Plenty of time in nature, with hikes on the beautiful grounds of the Himalayan Institute, a bonfire ceremony, and nourishing, Ayurvedic meals appropriate for the season.
