Jenn McCracken

Jenn McCracken, RYT-500, has been teaching yoga since 2010. While she was initially called to yoga to complement her running, over the years yoga became more of a lifestyle than a workout. Jenn has trained extensively, receiving numerous certifications in yoga, meditation, sound bowl therapy, and more. Her classes and workshops focus on breath work, embody positive energy, and encourage students to tap into their best selves. Jenn enjoys teaching people in all stages of life, which is evident from her public class schedule: she teaches prenatal, postpartum, Vinyasa, Power Flow, and Restorative. She's excited to return to the Himalayan Institute for another Winter Retreat offering.
