The food we eat is not only the building blocks for our physical body but also our mind and emotions. We can arrange our diet to support health and healing while developing both an awareness of what food can be depleting or irritating to us and a balanced way of eating that nourishes us. We can eat to support our prana and our practice; and the way we eat can be one thread of our spiritual practice.
