We’re all familiar with the discomforts that can arise in the body and mind from sitting in front of our devices: a forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and an overall sense of sluggishness, to name a few. Through our yoga practice, we can begin to remove stagnation and help offset these undesired effects. Join Sandra Anderson for this level two class that uses classical yoga postures to reinvigorate the body and mind and counteract the effects of prolonged sitting.
