The condition of our heart is vital in overcoming inertia. This class offers various methods to get to know our heart. Through practice we’ll strengthen our physical heart and our relationship to it. Rather than pushing to open the heart, see where it can be nourished more completely, and thus organically open at the right place and time. Have faith in the heart’s process of unfoldment! With introspection, physical practice and breath, we’ll experience more clearly the great beauty of our lives and of the world, and grow into greater kindness.
