A deeper level of inner awareness unfolds with profound stillness in the body, breath, and mind. Develop stillness in the body with a corpse pose practice, and deepen awareness and stillness of the breath with crocodile pose. Then we’ll practice anuloma and nadi shodhana pranayamas to further balance, organize, and stabilize the nervous system. Finally, welcome the self-revealing presence of prana with anuloma pranayama to bring awareness in the stillness of the space of the body.
